For Moderate or Severe Apnea

The treatment begins with a CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) appliance. However, there are some who cannot tolerate a CPAP appliance. Following a physician’s recommendation, these people can be treated with a dental appliance.
All treatment for sleep apnea is individually determined – based on daytime and nighttime symptoms. Please alert us or your physician should you experience sleep issues.
Our office provides a sleep apnea screening survey to all patients who snore or have symptoms of apnea. This helps us in diagnosing those who need further testing or treatment.
If you have sleep apnea and are looking for an alternative or if you are non-compliant with your CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) machine, dental appliances may be an option for you.
